Okay recieved my wheels today. Bought em on Ebay. They are the new smooth style spoked chromes available from 06 on. Front with tire and ready to install after swapping brake discs. Rear says 16x3.00 so I take its a 3 inch width. Is this the same width as my wagon wheel rear rim I have on right now? MU85B16 I think is the rear tire size and I assume all will be well. I checked Dunlops site and the recommended is 3.00 or 3.50 for that tire. If I remeber correctly theres not a whole lotta room between the S/Arm and tire so I couldn't see how a 3.50 would fit anyway. Can anyone enlighten me if I am correct or Fu$cked here? My dealer is like Uh I dunno gotta check some books or just bring it in and we'll let you know. Yeah okay, I'm running.
Actually I run a 4.25 on the rear of mine. Be careful in that garage in the cold, with power tools and a heavy bike on a lift, wouldn't want to find out you've become another "statistic".[sm=smarty.gif]
Front wheel is on. No problems. Actually very easy. about 2 hours with 2 beers and 2 phone calls. Now the rear wheel looks to be three times as hard. BTW... IT LOOKS GREAT....
