My new wheels arrived from BlackBikeWheels. I had ordered 21X3.5 Front and 18X5.5 Rear 40 spoke wheels. Planning on getting the Metzeler ME 880 Marathons for them. Not sure about the rear tire size.
Front will be 120/70-21 but I am not sure about the rear. Will the 180/55ZR-18 fit OK?
Yes, that 180 will fit fine on your rim. I always bought mine from Cycle Gear, but others have cheaper places on line they buy them, so maybe they will respond. I just used CG because they gave me such a deal on the mounting that I couldn't beat it.

And best place to buy Metzelers?
Bike is 2010 StreetBob..
Thanks
That is the exact same rear tire I'm running on the same wheel you have. No issues.
Thank you all for the Great responses. I ordered the tires 120/70R21 and 180/55R18 from motorcycle superstore (free shipping)..
I did not go with 200/50R18 because did not want to deal with fender/wiring clearance issues for right now. I like to see what 180 will give me.. I am planning on cutting the fender struts and installing voodoo fender from RocketBob's sometime later (bike is too new for that)..
thats the same setup I am getting for my WG this year some time, I just had to get new tires (couldnt ride on the old ones anymore) as soon as these wear out I am ordering my rims,
