Fat Bob Duo Glide/FLD

Fat Bob Duo Glide/FLD
All done with the T-Sport; was thinking of styling my FXDF in a sort of Duo Glide/Bobber theme. Already have the QD windshield, brown solo seat and bags and am making my own Hollywood bars. Have a few styling questions for Fat Bob owners:
1. Anyone put on a Fat Boy front fender?
2. Where else to put the front signals, with the windshield on?
3. Anyone have the V&H duals on an FLD yet? Hows the ground clearance under the bike?
4. Panhead valve covers from Covington?
Have decided to go with mid controls instead of boards; found too little leaning clearance on an FLD test ride...won't be different on an FXDF I'm sure.

fun2mud: good idea on the mirrors; I putting a set on the wifes Low Rider as she is using a Memphis Shades batwing and it covers the stockers...
AFMM3: Yeah; I've seen your bike here; that's part of my inspiration...your's is nearly a replica with a twin cam driveline; I'm gonna be a bit more of a bobber style with bags.
Would like to see a Fat Boy front fender on a Fat Bob; would probably be what I'm after...I know the front ends are different though, maybe goggle images will have something...working on the Hollywood bars right now; off to the welder with the cross brace this week. The HD and other aftermarket bars were too wide for my taste and these will be stainless with gloss black powdercoat...probably run HD white grips, too.
Panhead valve covers, anyone? Covingtons, I believe...

Here is an adapter to put any fat tire Softail front fender (FLSxx) on a Fat Bob. http://www.kustombaggers.com/Klock-W...ductId=-288189
I made my own before these were available.

I like the New York City Choppers rocker box covers ...

I have been kind of back-and-forth on the rocker covers ... while I love the old knuckle, pan and shovel motors, I have ultimately decided I am not really for copy-cat covers ... something that is a little bit of a 'variation on a theme' ... but, not trying to copy 'straight up' ...
I like the RSD rocker covers, too ...
You've got some interesting ideas and I'll look forward to seeing what you do ...
