Default New PIC's cool back drop

I drive past this everyday and wanted to take some pics with my bike in front with the plane in the back ground. 2011 Street Bob 14" Burly apes NYC grips black diamond cables. The plane is an A4D Sky Raider service time 1948-1972.

Default Old Plane

It's an AD-4 or an A-1...depending on which time period it's from. They are the same aircraft but different designations... AD-4 is a Navy 50s label while A-1 Skyraider was it's name in the 60s Vietnam era. In Vietnam it was a close air support super star with it's massive ordnance loads and long loiter time. The Air Force,Navy, and Marines all flew this aircraft.

Thanks. Neat pix. I've always been amazed at the old prop planes that would shoot through the moving propeller. How the heck did they do that without shooting the prop off?
