Default Buzzing with Front Brake applied

My question may be a stupid question but I searched the forum and could not find an answer to my question.

When I apply the front brakes I can feel and hear a buzzing in the left controls. It only makes the buzzing noise when I apply the front brakes. Can anyone explain what this buzzing is?

I do not have ABS.

If I had read this a week ago I wouldn't have known the answer, but just this week I noticed the cause. When you are stopped and holding the front brake, the engine vibes go to the handlebars. When you release the brake lever, they go to the front wheel. Check it out, you'll see what I mean. Don't worry about it. My gas cap used to make a rattling sound I could hear over the stock pipes. Not with the new pipes.

Pretty sure it's a harmonic caused by a reaction between the pads and the holes in the rotor; just my S.W.A.G.*

Mine does the same exact thing. Annoying at first. 5500 miles and louder pipes and you dont even notice it. haha

Yup, mine does it, my other bike did it. I'm sure it has to do with PKelly mentions. But I have noticed an increase in vibes when the brake is applied during idle at a stop. So may have something to do with some vibration buzz too. Seems the vibrations are transferred to the bars more with brake applied.
