Installed my Arlen Ness fairing, with the headlight extension kit, but it won't line up correctly. It won't angle down enough to be flush with the fairing hole. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem, and how to fix it.

Dang I love yuengling beer...Can't get it here. I have to drive an hour and pack it back...Now, to your question. Can you tilt the fairing back until it is straight? I wouldn't try to move the headlight. It won't point where it's supposed to...
I don't have the wide glide fairing, but on my street on I had to adjust the mounting brackets.. Keep the mounting bolts loose on the fairing and move the fairing until it lines up flush with the headlight.. That's what I did. Good luck. Looks good brother!
Haha the smirnoff isn't mine, I swear.... yea I got the extension block, but I think like you guys are saying the fairing is tilted forward. I think it's hitting the clutch cable.

You may have to mess with the clutch cable. That fairing will only sit flush with the light one way. You have to move everything else from there...
Bloody odd...On my old 86 FXR I left the headlight and its bracket totally alone and ust mounted the fairing useing a set of fork clamps. Bolts on and off in about 10 mins and is rock solid, even though its only held on with 2 plastic bolts.
You guys were right: I left the headlight as in and moved the fairing down flush with the light, looks and fits great like it should. Thanks for the info!
