I just think this 98 dyna convertible/wide glide (tank and front end) needs some sort of tank badging. Have looked at a few but not sure.

Is it ok to use something that should be on a Road King for example?

Would like to hear some opinions. I just think it needs something, and I'm thinking smaller might be better...opinions invited, Thanks!

 

My all time favorite are the 1961-62 tank emblems. I put them on my Sportster when I switched out the gas tank.

Thought about putting the same on my WG, but decided to leave it emblemless.

 

Get emblems from the year you were born. I'd do that myself, but tank emblems won't work with my paint job.

 

Its your bike, find the one that floats your boat and use it.

 

What an excellent idea! Do you know where to look for vintage emblems and stuff like that?

 

I think J&P sells them, and all kinds of different people on ebay.
