Default Dyna front brakes

Anyone have advice on upgrading the front brake on my '07 Dyna Wide Glide? Would like much better stopping power and less lever pressure. Just getting started on this. Prefer to stick with single rotor.

im new too Harleys so I might be wrong,, look into performance machine I think they do a 4 spot/piston caliper,, the more pistons in your caliper the better pressure/braking. also fit a braided steel line as rubber does tend too swell in size due to heat pressure, look at a race bike and see what they run

Lynx all brake pads make a big difference without other mods, but if you need more, an upgraded caliper and rotor would be the next step. Check out Hogpro. Site sponsors and always available for advice.

I ran with Lindell disk along with 6 piston Performance Machine caliper and Magnum braided lines. Works great.

I run Brembo's off a newer bagger on my FXDXT. They stop great. I don't understand wanting less brake lever pressure. The more the better in my book. I also run Lyndall pads and rotors. I do the PM 6 piston calipers for $355 for forum members.

I also have steel braided lines.

Would you go with a 13" rotor? If not, any advantage to a Lyndall or PM rotor vs my stock HD rotor? I have stock HD spoke wheels, which I like.

It looks like I'll also need a master cylinder setup. The PM specs call for an 11/16" master cylinder. I presume the 2007 Wide Glide has a 5/8", but not sure. Any advice on that?
