Default Slip-on inquiry

My super glide has stock pipes and im tired of that weak sound. I was looking into the cycle shack slip-on mufflers and they sound badass. Can I just install the slip-ons without having to buy a dynojet?
thanks

Just mufflers, no tuner or download required.

No problem, just bear in mind that there are lots of great sounding slipons out there. This is NOT my bike but I have these same Rineharts and love the sound.

You will be fine with just slipons but if you want to richen the air/fuel mix you can get a set of xieds from nightrider.com.

My new Fat Bob was not happy with just slip ons. Lean flat spot just above idle, and lots of popping on decel. I checked for exhaust leaks just to be sure, and there were none. The next day I added an intake and fueler. Result was excellent drivability and no popping.

Go for it. I had those on my bike for a couple of years. Great sound, finish and price. Can't go wrong. You may hear some decel pop but that was probably already there, just couldn't hear it out of the stock mufflers.

Got em on my low rider. They sound great. Get an xied if you're worried about it but you really don't need anything. I had a xied on my bike, but it threw a cel and made it run like crap, but that is a 2006 dyna only issue.

I put the slip-ons on my 06 1200 Sporty with no other additions, I love the sound! Low & throaty!
