Anything is possible but it is not financially feasible. Would cost WAY more than it's worth. You would be in less trading your bike for a new one that had ABS.

So it is possible............looks like: a module, some sensors, brake lines, some additional wiring to the harnesses, some switches..? a new ECM............but what fits at the hubs ?
Looks like its on.

I thought about it, asked the dealer, asked my mechanic, priced it out, won't be doing that.

The bearings are the ABS "Tone Ring" and you'd need the sensors & wiring for each wheel. My guess is this just is just shy of preparing a kids Big Wheel for Bonneville Speed Week.

Like the others have said. Trade it for a bike with ABS or practice threshold braking if you're attached to the bike.

Your going to need lots of patience and deep pockets.

You'll need to source all the gear needed for the brakes.
You'll need to figure out how to retrofit this gear to your bike.
You'll need the correct ECM/BCM to opperate the system.
Then you'll have to wire the system.
Then hope the brakes ( and bike ) still work after all the mods.

...and to think I've had no rear brake for almost a month now (master cylinder is on the way!) and only a single disc on the front.

It seems that even though switching to ABS is doable, it's ill advised because of all the costs it will generate, and STILL doesn't mean it'll work.

Not abs, but search on the forum for TCB braking system.

There is some if on it in the touring section
