Default Vibration issues?!?

Hmm so for the past couple rides been getting bad vibrations in my foot pegs. Bike is a little over a year old and 5.5k Miles. I am not riding any different and not lugging the engine. Happens more on decel.

Not noticing anything in the handle bars or any were else more then normal.

I did have some 16inch Apes put last week but not getting vibrations in them.

Any Ideas?

First thing I'd check would be the front motor isolator

Yup. There's supposed to be about 30 thousandths of clearance between the uppermost part of the mount, and the rubber part beneath. The mount can sack out over time, with the result that the metal part rests directly on the rubber part, or doesn't have sufficient clearance.
If that's what's happened, there are some fixes short of replacing the mount.
