Default Just arrived new goodies

Went out and purchased an EFM centrifugal (auto) clutch and a set of Big City Thunder Monster Baffles.

Clutch should be in over the weekend baffles early next week.

Will post feedback for those interested in these items

damn, love that bike man. Really wish I had the funds to get a second bike and go wild with it like you've done. Gotta have the option for 2-up till I can convince the OL to get her own

Mark,
That clutch sounds like a great idea. Let us know how it works.

'Scuse the ignorance but, is there a reason why you would not want a clutch? Other than just having clean bars?

Apparently not. Mark is light years ahead of me and he hasn't found the end yet. I'm beginning to think its a circle track.

I'm curious about the auto-clutch. Do you need to shut the throttle for every shift? I shift clutch less from time to time. No issues, but it's probably no a good idea for every shift.

Can you remove the lever and cable completely?

I've been thinking that a nice Candy Orange quarter fairing would look pretty good on your bike, SLV.

I've been tempted to convert her to the club style. I'd have to change bars though. No fairings with apes for me. I'm not a big T-Bar fan either, but I do like real MX bars with Pro-Taper risers. I'll probably go that route in a year or two.

Something like the attached photo.

I decided to put a foot clutch hand change set up on the bike at the start if the summer. Ran it for a couple of months and put plenty of miles on them. Generally, it's great and under normal riding the foot clutch isn't a problem. But living I Wales it is rather hilly, and performing a hill start with your dominant leg up in the air on the clutch, holding the bike on the front brake - pulling away can be a pig depending on the gradient of the hill.
The cetrafugal clutch allows the bike to be left in gear without the clutch being needed, then when ready either pull away normally or bang the throttle and it becomes a lock up clutch and everyone eats your dust

Relly worth looking at them, great bit of kit and Garry is really helpful
