As little as possible. Not that they're bad, but the less you have to pay the better the deal.
Retail is probably more like $1100.00.

i just bought the chrome version of those from surdyke harley. paid 480.00 each after their discount. they retail from harley for 599.95 ea. they're called switchblades

I sold a set for about 400. You can buy chrome ones brand new for just over 1k. FYI, the non-Chrome ones like in the pics are not clear coated. The can look great polished, but will tarnish over time. Those look new.

I believe those are 06 or 07 low rider wheels which have 1" bearings. You'll need to change the bearings to 25mm. Also need rotors. The rear sprocket will probably work from your old wheel but you MUST use new bolts torqued to specs. Never reuse sprocket bolts, they're known to shear.
