Default Torque Specs?

Ok guys I just got my West Coast Tbars with Poly bushings and Grade 9 bolts. However my service manual is 2 weeks out. Can someone tell me what the torque specs are for the bars on a 13 wide glide?

FXD2003RIDER posted this in the general service thread last week, should be the same for your bike.

Well I have somehow misplaced my torque wrench so I tightened them with a breaker bar a bit. I didnt want to over do it and screw the bushing up. Also I am at the max length for the cables. I was able to get my break line to work I had to unbolt it from under the trees. I tested the clutch for proper adjustment and it seems fine as well as the throttle. Do I need to worry about the lines at all? None seem to bind anywhere and I have full turn travel with all lines being where they are. Just want to be really **** before I take it out.

Grade 9 bolts? That's some serious overkill.

Can you actually get a torque wrench in there? Maybe if you remove your headlight you can.
