Default Need help with 2012 FXDC

I have a 2012 FXDC. it has 15600 on the clock. Aftermarket chrome werks shorty duels an SE air cleaner. Dealer installed download after this. Runs good. I installed Fueling 543 cams last week. Made a few short rides and it seemed to run better after a couple of rides. This morning when the motor was cold it was missing or stumbling. If I stopped log enough for it to cool a noticeable amount (oil Temp) it would stumble . Do I need to have it remapped or tuned due to the cam install. The cams were put in head up with SE push rods. No noise very smooth.

Yes you do. The fuel/air needs of your motor are substantially different after the cam install. You're running lean, then getting hot. Not good.

What he said. Take it back to Earl and let him have another go at it or buy a Power Vision and tune it your self. Earl wanted $250 last time I talked to them just to tune it on the computer. For about $400 you can have your own tuner and make all the changes you want and do all the retunes you need.

What they said!
The power vision is one of the best things I have ever bought.
Please don't waste any more money on dealer downloads for the good of your own pocket but mostly for the health of your engine.

Thanks for the advise. I think I will go with the tuner. I should have already purchased one. The Harley SERT is about $242.00 from Surdyke. I will look at the tuner recommended as well.
