Lovin this bike....soo fun to ride, especially coming from a touring bike to this.
anywho, that license plate holder that looks like a mudflap is truly ugly and hides our beautiful Fat Rear tire from view. Would look so much better not there...anyone see a mod for this yet?

Will the rear fender from the 14 Wide Glide fit on the 14 Fat Bob? If so, does anyone know whether that will change the seat options, or can you put a seat on it from a Wide Glide, Super Glide, etc.?
I don't think the back looks too bad on the 2014 Fat Bob, certainly it's an improvement over earlier models. But I'm not sure that it couldn't be improved on with a different fender and relocating the plate.

In CA our plate relocation options are limited as the law 'encourages' plates to be kept in the horizontal position. Not wanting to risk ticking off a LEO or the CHP, I cut my 'mudflap' down to size, drilled a couple of holes higher up on the bracket, then remounted the plate closer to the taillight yielding a better view of the ATV tire in back. Still not the cleanest look, but a bit tidier than OEM.
