I took my bike into Fresno HD for a primary leak. After 4 attempts and 650 bucks the SOB still leaks. It goes about 400 miles and starts up again. They have been great about trying again and again but I am sick of trailering my bike in there. I told them to replace the inner primary this time (I always wanted a chrome one anyway, LOL). And no, it's not the tranny shifter. We put dye in the primary oil and that's what is leaking. I told them about come tic seals but they wont use them. Any ideas?

 

Their mechanic have any pubic hairs yet?

 

Do it your self. The primary gasket is very easy to do.
The HD none metal type gasket sucks.

 

It's the seals, not the gasket. The inner has to come off.
