Default HD Detachable Kit Issues

Ok guys I am wondering if anyone is or has had the issue I am having with the turn signal relocation kit for detachable hardware. I cannot for the life of me keep them tight. Now the plastic seal caps for where the bolt meets the turns are cracked. I have used lock tight but no go. The vibration loosens them up after about a week. Can I put washers or something on the inner part of the on the stalks and tighten to that? Is my kit just screwed? Does anyone else make a kit that will work with HD detachable back rests and stuff? This is really getting frustrating.

I'v not had a problem keeping the docking kit tight but the Sissy Bar itself will vibrate like crazy. All it takes is a twist of electrical tape around the docking hardware and it's vib free for months. I also have put a small o-ring inside where the sissy bar dock's at which works good also.
