Default Tank bib options?

So, I dont mind my tank bib, but I wish it were...smaller. Like it just stopped at the little roundy part and didn't go all the way down to the bottom of the tank. Pic for reference.

Does anyone know any options that I could buy before I try to figure out how the heck I'm gonna mod it. (Which I really dont want to do)

Can't you just cut it off and then have it painted to powder coated?

Ive thought about it; i was looking for an easier option :P Cause I didn't want to lose that rubber lining on the outside, but I think I can just cut and glue.

Yeah, thats what I'm thinking; theres gotta be people out there who want/have done this...Google search doesn't turn much of anything up.
