Default Pirelli Night Dragons

I'm getting real close to a tire change. I've heard Pirelli Night Dragons run a little narrower than Dunlops of the same size.

Right now I have a Dunlop 180-55/18 on the back of my bike and it's a super tight fit, but does fit. Pretty sure it's the factory tire for the V Rod.

Planed on replacing both tires at the same time. Front tire has good tread, but is dry rotting on the side walls. It's a Avon Venom. I'm gonna go with the same brand front and back this time.

I'm running Night Dragons on my 01 FXDXT, a 150/80/16 on the rear and 110/90/19 on the front. Stock was 130 out back and 100 up front.

That's as big as I could go... So far I like them, although I'm comparing them to old spitfire junk that was on the bike when I bought it. Better than the stock Dunlops that were on my last bike though.

It wasn't my first choice initially but It's what was available at the time, in the sizes I needed. I'm happy I went with them though. Only have 1000mi on them and so far are wearing well, no idea how they'll hold up over time though.

I ride it on the rails and have never felt uneasy with them, hooks up great for wheelies too!

I have Night Dragons on both of my Dyna bikes. I like em. I get fair mileage but they grip really well. This is the only tire I could get to hook up at the track.

Have over 10,000KM on my ND tyres and they are the best I have run in the past 20 years. Far sticker than the Metz but with good wear life.

I'm running a 180 Night Dragon out back. I also looked into them because I heard they fit better under the rear fender. No fitment issues here, just have to make sure your wiring is tucked up against the fender.

Great tires.

I'm on my 2nd set of Night Dragons and when the time comes for a new set of tires I want think twice about getting a 3rd set of Night Dragons. They are perect for the Wideglide, They Grip great but they dont last as long as some of the other tires out there.

I'm on my second rear tire and still on my first front tire. They are nice and stick and get good mileage. I'll buy another set when these wear out.
