Default FXDX forks

I'm getting ready to replace the fork tubes on my 2001 fxdx project. Having quite a bit of trouble finding anything for it. Is there another set of 39mm tubes I can use with the stock legs?

You trying to go longer or just replace bent ones? Either way, changing out the tubes on FXDX cartridge forks is not a job for the faint hearted. There are a LOT of little parts in there.

Parts for the FXDX are easy to find. Ronnie's HD has OEM parts for practically anything you will need.

These Showa cartridge type forks were shared with the 1200S and Steelworker over on xlforum has the definitive thread on disassembly and rebuild. Great photos too!
