Default Lighting problem

Hey new guy here. I'm trying to reassemble my 2010 883 after painting. Trying to hook up the lights and no*blinkers*work at all. The dash assembly flashes on and off and same with the lights. Checked voltage and it has constant but lights still flicker. Also the rear the runninglights*work*but when I hit the brakes one lights up and the other goes out completely. I appreciate the assistance.

Two possibilities come to mind: either you have mis-wired when re-installing the lights; or a wire may be damaged causing a ground. Have you done any other work, like fitting different handlebars?
