Default Turn/Brake light conversion kit

Hi,
I installed conversion kit on my 09 RK, it works fine (as intended) but with one exception, my tail light comes on with switch in ACC position, whereas it should not (IMHO), any thoughts what could be wrong?
thanks,

Default Jumper wire

Remove your new taillight. Is there a jumper wire going from one slot in the plug to the one right next to it? If so, cut it and try the light again. I got one from Radiantz and it had that wire. They told me it's not needed and just to cut it. You know what, before you do that, re-install the stock light and see what happens. Your bike might be that way from the factory.

Tail light coming on in accesories position is normal. It is used as a parking light.
