Yes. It's just above and lays flat.

I just installed mine today on my 17 Limited. The slot for the siren has a hole in the bottom right, make sure the speaker is facing the hole, as that way the alarm will actually be heard, unlike the way I did it the first time! Also, it may take a few hours of riding to charge the built-in battery.
