Default Alarm siren problem 1200c

I have 2006 1200c and I don’t have black plug next to my battery, however I do have security system that disables my bike, is the siren plug located somewhere else?

I have an 07 XLC and there is another plug for the siren to plug into should you decide to install it, it does not automaticaly come with the security system unless you specify that when the system is installed.

It should be next to your fuse box. at least that is where it was on my 08 EGC. It will look like it is already pluged in to somesthing but it is just a plug holder. There will be a two pronged plastic braket attached to the fuse box. The sieren plugs in there.

Mine was in front of the battery and I had to remove the battery to get at it.

As far as activating the siren when you want to you have to bump, or move the bike off the jiffy stand to set it off, with out the hands free FOB near the bike.

Here is what the instructions... Kit Number 68352-06.. say that were included with my Security System Smart Siren II kit.

Disconnect the Maxi-fuse Disconnect the negative battery cable first then the positive, remove the battery.

Locate the siren connector on the main harness, behind the harness shield forward of the battery location, its covered with a dust cap, pull the dust cap from the connector and feed the connector downward and out from behind the shield. NEXT

Obtain the correct harness for your model year vehicle from the kit, route the 3 pin connector of the siren harness from the bottom of the motorcycle, between the primary cover and the frame tube, Plug the connector into the siren harness connector on the vehicle main harness.

Thats the best I can do.If you got instructions re read them

Found it, soon as I removed the battery there it was real easy.
For those that want to install Radio Shack siren here’s the wiring.
Plug has green, black and brown, siren from radio shack has red and black.
Black wire from siren needs to be connected to the Green wire on the plug.
Red wire from the siren needs to be connected to the brown wire on the plug, black wire on the plug is not used.

Default 2008 Sportster 1200c

I am having the same problem. I have removed the seat. The battery, the battery cover. I cannot find this triangular connector anywhere? Has anyone had any luck with this year bike?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
