Harness with red cap under the seat?

Harness with red cap under the seat?
OK, so I'm not usually dumb when it comes to things. But I'm getting frustrated. There is a harness...next to the ECM towards the front of my 2016 Street special. Pretty much between the batter terms. What is it for? It has a red cap on it. My guess is an Aux harness and the cap is red because it's hot and ready. Thanks.

Mine looks like this except it has a red cover over the "Hot" terminal
