I'm gathering parts to do a 95 kit. What specialty tools will I need, aside from a torque wrench(s)?

Service Manual for your bike along with a good source of parts....
You mention torque wrench...one with inch pounds will come in handy.
Check out youtube for some further ideas, some will be good others not so good...
Video tips that is.

Much depends on the kit you get. Some have rings already fitted to the cylinders others don't. If they don't Feeler gauges to set ring gap. You can/could use a ring compressor but I've done it like BOB at Fuel Moto and just used his popsicle stick trick. There's a video on there site for it as well. Same with the wrist pin clip..... they make a tool but the small screwdriver work just as good.

I have the service manual, torque wrenches in foot and inch pounds, and I'm getting Kirby to bore my seasoned jugs and fit the rings, as well as freshen the heads and a mild street port. I've seen the videos from FM as well, plus some others. Is there some special allen wrench for the intake manifold bolts?

Yes but i dont remember the size but you'll definatly want the ball end type to make it easier.

Inner outer cam bearing R/R tools or oven/freezer for outer and caveman for inner. Regular allen will work on intake after modifying with hacksaw. Better solution is replacement with 8 point fasteners.
