Not gunna happen...my late father had made too many changes to be put back to stock.The front end, He made the soft tail oil tank, the fenders were junky, wiring hacked, all the handle bar controls removed..wiring in shambles. ..Plus it was poorly done. This is my vision and giving what I had to work with..i think it come out pretty cool...if you really don't like it....**** off, I built it for me.

Never said I didn't like it, I was addressing this post:
Merely pointing out that your bike could be put back to the stock configuration if one so desired. I wasn't suggesting that's what you should have done.
Building your bike in your vision is what I believe Harley is all about. Any RUB can by a Harley and keep it stock. I've always been a fan of the Wide Glide, I sometimes wonder why I went with the Low Rider when I bought mine new in '85.
Check out my 85 Low Rider build thread I posted this morning, you'll see I have no problem with building a vision
