Default Circuit Breaker or Key Switch?

'96 FLSTN no power to ignition or accessory position on key switch. Battery is charged. Is there a test for the main circuit breaker, could not find one in my service manual. Also I can probably jumper the #2 and #3 positions on the pigtail for the key switch to start the bike? Thanks in advance for any thoughts/ideas.

Do you have power to the "hot" side of the switch? if so, the main breaker is okay, and the problem is the switch.

Yes you can jumper over on the switch, that's really all the switch is, a bar connecting the poles.

Thanks for the feedback Uncle G and Bama91. I was getting 12V reading at the battery and 12V reading at the key switch in the off position. When I turned the key switch to ignition the battery reading dumped to about 2V. Talked to parts and shop foreman Jon at Paradise HD in Tigard, OR. He told me my battery was "top charging". Bought a new battery took it home put in in the bike and I'm good to go.
