It's been a while since I posted pictures so here are some I took with my blackberry today. Besides the internal engine mods, the seat was redone high quality leather, a few custom covers were ordered to be machined for my bike specifically, a rear luggage rack was added, eom windshield was changed out for a quick disconnect type from Memphis shades, and flush mount gas caps installed. I haven't done anything with the tank emblems or a few other things yet.
This week I have a few boxes of parts scheduled to arrive to improve lighting. I hope to post a step by step guide and will use a real camera.
For those that don't know, this is 1995 Heritage Softail Classic.

I think the handlebars might be from an 07 or 08 according to the previous owner. He said the stock ones were not quite as high. All I know is the height of the handlebars and everything fits me perfect. The engine mods worked out great and it pulls strong right from idle with lots of roll on passing power. I think the pushrods need a minor adjustment though because I am getting a bit more ticking when it warms up than I would like. Maybe I am just a little paranoid. The big city thunder baffles give it a good sound and helps with the low end a lot. The original owner busted out all of the baffles from the stock exhaust making it loud and not having much bottom end. I installed the big city thunder baffles right after I bought it seven years ago and didn't mess with the exhaust when I had the heads milled and EV13 installed in the fall last year.
I forgot to mention I got a good deal on chrome lowers for the front fork a couple of years ago. They are genuine HD and the finish on them is perfect. They are much easier to keep looking good than the stock ones.
