Hey, Some of my freinds are saying - that- if I change my original exhaust of my RK 2004 to a RineHeart exhaust,,, that I will have to go to the dealer to have there computher connect to the bike and this one will be connected to milwalkey .. so that they will be be doing a reset of the feul injector or someting like that, are they RIGHT ,,,YES OR NO...

If you change to a high flow air cleaner AND a high flow exhaust you will have to have some type of fuel management upgrade to the air to fuel ratio your bike is running so you don't harm the engine by running it in too lean of a condition. You can get a Dealer installed download,a simple Fuelpack like device, or a full blown Tuner. Your choice.

Default changing exhaust

I would advise having the bike tuned if you change anything air or exhaust related. I'm not sure about Canada, but my understanding is that all bikes Harley produces are made to pass California emissions. That means they run hot and lean right out of the box. You want to put a high flow true dual exhaust on your bike with no crossover tube in the Rineharts(which I have on my 07 RK) and I am guessing you won't like the way it runs. The fuel system can only make small adjustments and that may be too big to compensate for. You have choices. Buy the Harley tuner and buy time on the dyno-best choice-expensive
Buy a tuner like the Dynapro Vision (co-worker has one) seems to work well
Ask your dealer if he has a program for a setup like or close to yours that he can drop in to the ecm-hit or miss but possibly the least expensive. All of these choices have pros and cons and subjective to what you are after. You have just bought a ticket on the money train ride LOL Personal opinion---
don't cheap out if you are going to upgrade your performance--do it right!

Some one has taken the baffles out. That's probably why you got them so cheap.
