Are the only differences between this setup and the other 107 setup, lifters and adjustable push rods? What kind of power difference is there typically between the two kits?

The difference between the two kits is the standard FM 107 kit offers a choice of cams, uses adjustable pushrods and also includes Wood's Directional Lifters. We generally recommend replacing lifters if the bike is a 2011 or newer with the factory C lifters, or if the motor has more than 10000 miles. Performance is the same with both kits.

The EZ 107 has a compression of 10.25:1 but the other kit has 10.5:1 option won't this affect performance between the two kits?

custom Fuel Moto MTC forged pistons at 10.25:1 or 10.50:1 compression

Compression must be matched to the rest of the combination, the EZ kit is 10.25:1 as it is designed for stock heads and uses TW-555 cams. Our FM 107 base kit comes in either 10.25 or 10.5 compression to suit the different cam and cylinder head choices we have available with this kit.

Jamie , is there reason why none of the kits every come with new cam chain sets? At what mileage is it recommend to replace them? Do you have map for 107 in 2007 Flhrs with power commander 3 usb ,stage 1 a/c and VH Trur dual? Lastly do you have dealer in Flordia to tune it after break in?

We recommend inspecting the cam chains and replacing them as part of the build if you have more than about 30K miles. We have a PC map we can provide to get you started, as far as dyno tuning we do not have anyone specifically we use in Florida however we do have Gary Williams in Pearl, MS

Jaime,

Do all of your cylinders come engraved with "Fuel Moto" on them??
Do you have a side by side picture of your cylinders next to stock HD cylinders?

Thank you,

Thank you,
they dont come engraved. You cant tell a difference at all externally that they've been bored out. The upgraded IC cylinders have the engraving on the side. http://www.fuelmotousa.com/ic-cylinders.html
