Heat Reduction Products: Ceramic Coated Rush Pipesm Etc.
Anyone on the forum use either the Rush pipes or the billet oil filter kit?

Ceramic coating applied on the inside of exhaust pipes has been more than proven to reduce heat and expedite the flow of gasses not just in the world of motorcycling, think Nascar, Formula 1, etc. The jury is still out on the capabilities of a billet oil filter to reduce heat in any substantial amount regarding a V-Twin motorcycle engine.

Thanks for the response. I figured the ceramic coated Rush pipes were legit but was not so sure about the billet oil filter. Can't say that I have seen anyone on this forum using one.

The pipes will have a small advantage over a non ceramic system as the gasses will flow smoother and be less prone to Reversion because of the flow. Also the pipes will be able to withstand the heat cycles somewhat better. Call Fuel-Moto. If your looking, they have an above average set-up for the price.

that guy tuned my bike, and I bought that oil filter off of him. I cant say my bike runs much cooler cause of the oil filter but his tune was decent, but his dyno puts out inflated numbers. it maybe his correction factor or the amount of smoothing he uses. I have a stock 96 with a stage 1 intake and short shots with cut baffles and a tune. I don't think my bike is that powerful

Thanks. I fully plan on getting my Stage One stuff from Fuel Moto. Without a doubt, FM is the place to go.
