Anyone else losing that 'Spark?'

Anyone else losing that 'Spark?'
I love Harleys, and then, I also like other bikes.
But lately, it seems like nothing is coming out that gives me that rush that seeing
new bikes used to. Heck, I've been doing very little riding and haven't had much interest
in any of it. Which sucks.
I mean, the last thing I want to do right now is buy another bike, especially since I
am not really riding the one I have, and owe less than 13 on it. Getting another
ride means going into more debt, and probably for less bike than I have.
So, am I the only one who's looking at all of this and saying 'yawn?' 16+ years
of being on Harleys, and it comes down to this? Help me out here. I need some
motivation. Something to get me back in the saddle.

Perhaps it's the roads your riding vs your bike. I get very bored riding these flat top roads here in the tropics. I love cross country touring and long distance rides. If I couldn't tour I would probably stop riding or at least loose a lot of the itch to ride. My suggestion is take a road trip.

I sold my shovelhead after 6 years on it because I rarely ride it in the summer and when I did, all I thought about was crashing. The fun was gone. I stayed away for 35 years, until I went into a dealership after all that time and asked them to start one up.
I still think about crashing or someone hitting me but not like before. Then it was wearing on me constantly. Maybe you should give riding a rest, like a month or two and see where you are then. If you miss it, go riding. If you don't, sell it.
