Riding to work on the interstate yesterday and this POS in a car sped up so I couldn't pass him before the one lane construction zone. No big deal. So I pulled in behind him. As soon as I did, he started washing his windshield to intentionally spray me. He did this for about a mile. What a turd. I don't know if he had a problem with people passing him or maybe his old lady ran off with a biker. I don't know but it is a good thing I couldn't get my hands on him or I would be in jail for sure.
Has this happened to any one else?

It may not have been intentional. I think it happens to everyone. I keep a paper towel folded in my left packet to clean my visor when I get sprayed. I consider it a freebie.

 

No. It was obviously intentional. He continued to keep me from passing for about the next ten miles sometimes speeding up over 100 MPH to keep me from passing.

 

If it is intentional, its pretty brazen. Back in my day you didn't F#@k with people unless you were willing to go the distance. Today, people pull crap like that and call the cops when you try and pull them out of the car at the next stoplight. Then they play innocent to the police and tell them they "don't know why that biker is trying to kick my ***". Good for you for not losing your cool. They lock a person up for thinking about kicking someone's *** these days.

 

When I run into an a..hole like that I back way off. You never know what some idiot like that might do just for yuks.
On another note, I wish my POS could hit 100.

 

Man that chaps my hide, happened to me quite a bit since I move back down south. Never had that kind of trouble in Iowa. Got so bad I started carrying again just in case someone gets any more ideas than just being a jerk. You just never know these days and it's a crying shame.

 

Count yourself lucky, friend of my father riding a Bicycle to work years ago when a car pulls up beside him and the passenger unloads a full soda syphon bottle in his face, guy fell off his bike, luckily wasn't heart just royally pissed off.

 

I had a young punk in a car do this to me it wasn't constant stream but every time i wiped away the water he did it again. When i finally found a straight away and was able to pass him the little turd was grinning. I gave him the bird and drove off, now i hope one of these days I am in my car with my brother on his bike behind me because it would be funny to mess with a sibling. Not a stranger though!
