i'd like to travel more next summer and would like to get a good ramp and wheel chock for my 1 ton pickup. the rear of the truck is quite high but i am sure there is equipment that can get this done.

i would like a chock that can be easily removable for use of the bed when not in use.

I use a three peice Bigboy. Like it alot.

 

I have the black widow and a wheel chuck from Harbor freight, no issues

 

What lenght of ramp did you get, do you have a full sized truck?

FWIW, I bought the Black Widow for the few times I've had to put the bike on a trailer. It works very well.

 

I plan on getting a 12' big boy set, for pickup truck loading also to get bike on workbench I'm building

 

I have the 9' black widow and love it however it's a heavy f'r to load up with your bike. My tundra has a 3"lift and 34.5" tires and I have no issues. I also have the heavy harbor freight chock which is great. I bolted it to a old 6/4 x 12" x 8' beam to asp read the rear tire weight in the gate as I have 6.5' bed so the rear tire rides at the bed/gate gap. I bent the inside of my tailgate before using the wood.

Good luck and always strap the ramp to the truck to avoid becoming a YouTube fail star.
