Default Heated vests

Looking for some info on electric vests. Living in FL. don't have a lot of need for an electric vest. However, with traveling out of FL. from time to time I realize that a heated vest would be nice. Any special brand, type. Thanks in advance

I have a Gerbings heated Jacket (liner) and love it. My heated liner has a heated collar and in cold weather it makes a big difference in comfort level.

Why only heat your core when you can heat your arms as well ? I personally think the jacket liner is worth the few extra dollars they cost.
Like was said above, heated collar and arms.

What's good with the liner is the wires out to the ends, in case you ever buy gloves, you're good to go.

I live and ride in Canada; yeah, the arctic. I wear an FXRG jacket and use a cheap 12V vest under it, usually in wet weather or thru mountain passes.
I also work outside for a living year 'round...at work I have a 12V Milwaukee zippered hoodie this year. Have used an EXO2 vest for years at work; expensive but work wear quality and performance.
Wife has the Gerbings jacket liner and loves it.

Gerbings should pay me for all that I have promoted their products, let alone the money I have spent on them. Many say that if your core is warm you will be fine. I guess if you are a young pup and or no physical issues that may well be true. Personally for me, the extremities are the first thing to go. First hands, then feet. IMO get the jacket liner and if you feel the need down the road a pair of gloves as mentioned easily plug in.
