Default Stage [#] upgrades to Street Glide

Looking ahead -- what differences between stages 1, 2, and 3 on a Street Glide?

I know there are a lot of different ways to do it, so any and all info will be good. Performance numbers best if you have them from dyno. Just want to know what I'm buying (if I do it).

So far, I'm thinking of stage 1 as: one of the front-facing air cleaners and D&D 2-to-1 full exhaust. Thoughts? Performance difference from stock?

How did you set up your Stage 2 or 3? What parts? What difference?

I can't help with all but I'll tell ya the front facing air cleaners are meaningless beyond the looks. There is no "ram air" effect until like 125mph. The engine sucks faster then the wind can blow. If you notice, they call'm "Big Sucker" not "Ram Blower"
Basically;
Stage 1 is just an open air cleaner and less restricted exhaust.
Stage 2 is cams added to Stage 1
Stage 3 is when you start increasing compression along with Stage 1 and 2

Just traded my SG in on a bike that actually scoots. what's the difference?

Stock, a boat anchor.
Stage 1, pathetic lardbutt transporter.
Stage 2, you might be able to do 50 in 6th.
Stage 3, please don't laugh at me as I try to pass you at 70.
Stage 4, you trade the plastic wrapped hunk of s-l-o-w in on a Harley that can actually get down the road, like a Dyna.
