Default Best care for leather?

What is everyone using for leather care? Just bought a pricey leather jacket but don't know what to treat it with. A lot of people say nothing as it will plug up the pours and not let the jacket breathe but there has to be something out there that is good for it and will protect it? What y'all using?

Depends on the type of leather. Lexol products come highly rated

+1 on the lexol products. I detailed cars for years and always used their cleaner and conditioner. I continue to use them both to this day on anything leather that I have, from my boots to my swingarm bag, jacket, etc. The stuff is great.

If it's black, I use Doc Bailey's. Makes it look new, and waterproofs it.

I bought Lexol, for my Hillside Leather/Cordura which has Grey Leather, but haven't used it enough to give an opinion.

For somebody who's screen name is Ol' Dirty Biker, you're mighty fussy about your leather care.

Maybe a name change to "Classic Spiffy Biker" might be in order.

In an addition to conditioner, I roll up my leather(s) inside out before putting them in the tour pack or saddle bags.

This is the main reason that have never really had an inexpensive motorcycle, well that and the fact that I've always had a difficulty maintaining my weight.

I currently have a H-D CHiPs and I've had it for several years. I actually got it off the clearance rack after they marked it down 50%!
Removable fur collar waist belt and a zip in/out fur lining.

It's now too big for me so I may buy a new jacket this season.
