Best care for leather?

This is the ONLY stuff that touches my leather. Whatever you do, DO NOT put mink oil on any fine leather unless you want to trash it.

Absolutely! It's the best. I've used English made Chelsea Dubbin Leather Food for twenty-some years. Leather jackets, vests, gloves, you name it. Find it online or at horse tack stores. Comes in black too. Get BOTH!

Why not mink oil? I have used it for years on all types of leathers and haven't noticed any ill effect. Heck been putting it on my car seats for years and they still look new after 140000 miles. Don't have the typical cracking like you would typically see with a car of that many miles. I use it on my boots and once or twice a year on my leather coat. What is happening that I am not seeing?

I'd like to get in on this one. I've tried many products and get soaked with full heavy leathers.snow seal didn't work

Big difference between a good maintenance product and waterproofing, unless your leathers are literally dripping oil or wax they will soak through in heavy rain.

Been using mink oil for years. What is the problem? Anyone use Bee's Wax?
