Any Harley parts dept. guys on here?

Nope, useless as teats on a boar hog they are. I swear they rotate their entire parts dept. staff about every 6 to 8 weeks. None of them really know anything about the actual parts or what they do. They just scroll through the screens. And if you press them they'll usually fall back on, " I really don't know about mechanical stuff, you'll have to ask someone in Service."
