Default 300mm tyres alternatives?

The only tyre I can find in that size is metzeler me880, and they're going to supersede it with me888, which goes only up to 240 right now (do they plan to make a 300mm version of it btw?)

I know my 250mm was expensive...I can't imagine what a 300mm would run. OUCH!

Tire Rack used to sell odd ball tire sizes. Maybe they can help.

Michelin PilotSport in 345/30-19 fit perfectly. On a 12" wheel....
