Default Can you ID this '71 Harley?

The frame has no VIN but the engine number is: 4A30124H1. The bike was willed to me and I just want to figure out what it is. Is is a Sportster? I was told it is a '71 model.

The shifter is on the right side and it has an electric start.

Thanks all for your expertise.

Was an XLH Sportster (electric start version) to begin with. Much butchered since '71.

Yep, right hand shift up to 1975. Anyone notice the bike in the pic has 1000cc rocker boxes?
