Default takya11 with a question

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know if using non Harley brand oil affects your warrenty. I just got a 2016 Ultra-Classic low and would like to try Red-Line products.

The only way a motor company can insist that you use a certain type of oil is if they provide to you at no cost. It's the law, see the Magnuson Moss Act, which governs warranties.

I can say that it helped my case with an extended warranty issue.
When I had receipts for the Syn3 that I used it certainly changed things around.

Don't do it, you can only use harley branded products including their riding gear and helmets anything else and your screwed .... Also get a harley bumper sticker for your cage just so everyone knows you have a bike when you are not riding it
