How best to touch up Air Filter Cover
Hello,
I have a 2007 1200 Nightster with the standard gray color air filter cover. The cover has had a few scraps and blemishes in the paint ever since I bought it back in 2009. I have lived with this long enough. Want to keep her all stock ... any advice on how best to apply some touch up paint ... it is the standard gray wrinkle. Can I just wash it well and apply a light dusting of the same type of wrinkle paint? Wasn't sure if a bit of wrinkle on wrinkle would work? If so, should I use Harley brand or could I get away with some type of OEM paint like VHT?
Thanks!
Dean
