Great pic...love the bike. You need to tell us when it's going on ebay and post a link...that would be great. I'd love to get a 'project' bike sometime soon!

whew, don't know about the price fellas, I know I will put it in as a "no reserve", but I'm still not sure what to start it out at. any ideas? I still haven't got the thing to run, but it has great compression...

I suppose I could do three things, start it at 1 dollar and let it get bid up, or I could list it at say 3,995 to gurrantee at least that, or I could high ball, which I really don't want to do.
any opinions?

Looks like its doing very well, I just looked and if you started at $400 then I'd say your a happy camper!

I'm interested in seeing what it goes for. I'm gonna help my friend list his 47' flathead probably tomorrow.

that's awsome man. I know my grandpa has some other flatheads he wants to sell. at least four off the top of my head. I think two are WR's and one is a WLA. I sold a 42 WR for him in September that went for 6,500 but it didn't run and basically all that was good was the tranny and the motor. The rest was all chopped up into a hillclimber.

I saw how much that thing went up in just a few hours. man, 400 to like 2,500. Hope it goes lots more than that in the next 6 days!

take care man, hey I'd like to see that flathead, let me know when you put it up!

whoa, scratch that! it's up to 5,000!!!!!! sweet......

I think that's a cool looking bike, but the wife would kill me if I tried to buy it and I also don't have any extra room for it. I think that you are lucky to be able to have some of those old classics around you. Enjoy it while you can.
