Default Louder pipes for a 2014 CVO Limited

I've bought a new 2014 CVO Limited and need to change the standard screaming eagle pipes with louder slip on's without compromising performance or that will affect the running heat of the motor. I ride in the miidle east where summer temperatures can reach +45 deg C. I'm looking for a deep rumble any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum.
The CAT in your head pipe is where I would start. Change to a CATlees head pipe and your SE mufflers will have plenty of rumble.

The easy solution is the SE 4" street cannon slip ons. I put a set on my 14 ultra Limited and really like the sound. A nice rumble without being too loud. You can still enjoy the sound system. Heat is no longer a issue with the water cooled heads, especially once you have 1000 miles on the clock. If you have the budget I would consider the new SE full system. Cost is $1200 plus labor, moves the cat to the mufflers. Looks real nice, just too pricey for me. I am happy with the street cannons. Good luck

Scott, what SE full system that moves the cat to the mufflers are you talking about? It is new infomation to me and I am interested. Could you provide a link? Never mind, I found the full exhaust system on the Harley website, Thanks anyway.

When your done checking out everything else. Do yourself a favor and check out FULLSAC.COM.

Many, many of folks that own the CVO's 110" motorcycles that are on the CVOHarley forum use this set up. There's a reason why!

Fullsac sell a awesome header (serveral different choices) that uses the stock heat shields, choice of different baffles utilizing the stock 4" slip-ons and TTS Mastertune turner. This is their Stage I "sleeper" kit.

You will get Increased power, torque, a engine that runs better and not lean, and much, much more cooler as well!!!! Oh yeah, and sound like a real Harley, not like a sewing machine.

My choice would be a "D" X-pipe and 2.25" SD baffles. (Your choice may vary)
They will get you a map for the turner and you will be very, very happy.

JMHO, welcome to the forum, and good luck with your choice!

^ what he said.

i've got the fullsac sportpipe. i had an extra stock header lying around so it was a no brainer for me to do the $279 exchange on that. then went with the 2.0 inch baffles.

sounds great, quiet when you need/want, but has a nice bark to it as well.

best bang for the buck, imo
