I was just at a dealer and all but 1 new bagger had the screamin eagle slip on pipes on them, is it the same at your dealer or just the one I was at. Dealer said almost everybody wants them on and they are still epa compliant.

Not my local dealer, their not on unless you request them to be put on when you buy the bike, sounds like their trying to get extra money from buyers imo, and I quit worrying about the EPA a long time ago.

I've never noticed but from my memory, they looked stock to me. Nothing special at all.

for some reason some of the dealers in houston add a lot of extra chrome and pipes on new bikes . looks like they would wait and let buyer pick his own. some people must like it alredy done . iguess they just add it into the financing

My dealer only installs what you want after the sale, but usually has 1 demo bike with after market pipes just for comparison so you can hear the difference.

Well, whoever buys the bikes is going to be mighty unhappy if they add them in to the total. The point being they are just slightly, I repeat just slightly louder than stock. I had a set on my Deuce before I got my Rushs'. Big mistake, thought they would be louder than they are, live & learn..

We used to have a dealer in Spokane that "never" had stock bikes on the floor.

When the Street Bob came out in 06' they had it so added on to that it was priced at over $17,000..................glad that dealer went broke.
