Trying to get back in
Morning everyone. I'm new and need some help getting back into wrenching on my own bike.
My current problem is ( from what the HD Mech said ) is my "shift seal " is in need of repair. learned that after replacing my primary cover gasket and new fluid a couple of days ago , went for a ride and looked down and was still leaking.
Happened to be at a Chili cook off in Jamestown Ca. So asked the HD Mech. for a'lil help, he was too.
Are there any tips & tricks that can make this task a"lil easier to do.
Thanx

That's the best tip you'll get for this job. Get the OEM manual, not clymers or haynes or anyone else.
