A guy can easily pay north of 20K for a watch that won't do what my $20.00 Casio will (ie act as a stopwatch, wake me with an alarm, fall onto concrete and still work etc). I don't fault Rolex for making or selling expensive watches. I could see the OPs beef if the CVOs were all Harley sold, but they're not. There are some good values in the Harley line up (comparatively speaking) so you can buy one of those, ride it or spend money on it to make it what you want.
I won't complain or stop buying Harleys until ALL Harleys are priced like CVOs

Don't like it, don't buy it. GM makes Cadillacs, but they also make Chevys. Buy a GM and you are not forced to buy the Caddy. By your thinking I'd imagine you believe GM should stop making the Caddy or sell it for Chevy prices while maintaining all the extras that make it different from an Impala.

Comparing a ultra limited to a cvo, i cant see where the huge diff in price makes sense, other then to MOCO's bean counters.
Yeah, it has a 110, but engines are being machined and build differently with very little diff in cost. Oh...and lets not forget all the extra chrome.....
When Comparing a cvo to a 50k pickup, one must consider that there is a lot more engineering/material/manufacturing involved. If GM would base their pricing the way MOCO does, this 50k pickup would cost 100k and more.
Damn right Harleys are expensive and cvo's have crazy price tags on them but apparently they sell well and everyone is happy.

Lol. You aren't going to win this on this forum. Most of these people wear harley onesies to bed. If you say something about the great and powerful moco the people here will act like you just slapped their mother with your *****

Whenever I'm at the local dealership and see the prices of new bikes, and some used bikes for that matter, it makes me appreciate the one even more sitting out in the parking lot that I rode there on that's paid for.
